The other day I was listening to a classic swedish album by Jakob Hellman & stumbled accross the song "Taltet". A song all about Christian tent meetings and what goes on inside. That got me thinking..I haven't done anything remotley offensive in ages :P. Pretty colour no?

At Unit9 we're encouraged to find different illustration competitions to submit to. Here's one I found where it's all about the..sex. The brief was pretty open, make it about sex. And so I did, in my own speciall way. Wouldnt say it's very erotic but im sure there's alot of people submitting things like that.

Liberty gave Unit9 the unique chance to do whatever we wanted more or less

The Vormator challenge went out to a lot of different illustrators and my submission was one of the few that made it into the book. The challenge was to create something brilliant out of 6 basic shapes. A bit of intersecting and you can do anything. Read more here

Every year Framestore CFC gives unit9 the task of creating their christmas card. This year I got the chance to do it. The only requirement was that they wanted most of their high profile projects to be featured in the animaion somehow. Also they wanted it to be a bit psycadelic. See it here

A friend of mine has set up a T-shirt brand that doesnt' generate any money (profit goes to the Red Cross) but gives designers the chance to get their work out there. It works in themes so every new batch there's a new theme. This time around it was global warming.

An advertising tool that needed to work in conjuction with the main site, but also needed to be able to stand by itself. The idea was to portray peoples journey patterns to illustrate how effective metro's distribution is.
We won the pitch but I was moved on to other projects.

Cancer Research wanted to have an online campaign for their season greeting's card. We saw the chance to do something very different, tired of the classical photgraphy route we decided to go for a very weird illustration. The purple blob is the symbol for cancer and it's all about how we can beat caner togheter. Just in a slightly different context.

To be honest I just wanted to make posters. One with cows and another one with a skull. It's really not that complicated. The message you ask? Isn't it obvious, it says so on the posters.

I developed a whole range of different style to portrait the main character in IBM's advertising campaign. In the end they wanted something that actually looked a bit more like him...figures. We still won the pitch but the exectution was made by Nick, he's awesome by the way.

My first big project at Unit9 was microsite in HTML with no budget.
It has a clean interface and some nice use of javascripts. Maybe not site of the year but it does what it needs to do and the interface works well. It's also surprisingly light.See it here

Based on a japanese TV-commercial this is a flash animation showing the journey the wonderfull Poscam chewing gum takes. You can see how it affects your teeth and saves it from "decaying". It's all a bit surreal and the teeth are speaking...burr

The concept is simple, a paper company thats marketing their products as life saving for designers. The paper they supply won't bleed and it all get's shipped in a nice little first aid kit. This project was featured in Digital and New Bloods own publication before the D&AD's Newblood exhibition.

For my final major project I decided I wanted to make an visuall identity for a dictatorship launching itself as a holiday resort. I wanted the whole thing to be very plastic and friendly looking, but with a darker undertone going thru it. For this project I developed posters, passports, leaflets and even small paper clip soldiers. So the kids has something to play with on their way to their paradise on earth...Did I mention they have to work in camps when they get there? Oh I didn't?

For our last years fundraiser we decided on a Jason Voorheese theme. Since we didn't have much money we had to screen print it. And since the people handling the screenprinting couldnt handle more than one colour... We'll it worked out anyways and I must say its a great set of posters.

Faced with the problem of making a paradoxal piece of design I decided to make a flightmanual since I have a love for information graphics. Then it was just a matter of making it as twisted as possible. A friend of mine needed a book cover for her photographic journey with the Rockabillies in Sweden. Seeing how I'm a really nice chap I helped her with it and also illustrated a cover for it. It got it's roots in the 50's americana with some added Swedish flavour.
